Jerry Darnell Flowers Jr. is an experienced human services professional, leader, and community advocate with a strong background in developmental disabilities, program management, staff supervision, and direct support services. Known for his commitment to compassionate leadership and service, Jerry has dedicated much of his professional career to supporting individuals and families while helping teams provide quality, person-centered care. Beyond his professional career, Jerry is also actively involved in ministry and music, serving as a preacher, musician, and choir director. He brings together leadership, creativity, faith, and a genuine passion for helping others in every area he serves.
